Official Guidelines Requirements

• Photo Size Requirement: 20KB to 50KB
• Photo Dimensions: 200x230 px (Aspect Ratio: 4.5:3.5)
• Photo Background Guideline: Light background, preferably white.
• Signature Size Requirement: 10KB to 20KB
• Signature Dimensions: 140x60 px (Aspect Ratio: 14:6)
• Signature Background Guideline: White background with black ink.

Why Application Forms Reject Photos & Signatures

• Wearing spectacles/goggles causing glare or reflection.
• Mouth open, side-facing profile, or blurry lighting.
• Signature signed on ruled paper or with faint/colored ink.
